Below are some of the more commonly asked questions.

SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

  • Nelson Precision MFG does not currently ship Firearm Accessories out side of the United States.

 

How long does shipping take? 

  • Nelson Precision MFG ships daily but, due to the unpresented amount of orders we've been receiving, some orders might take up to 7-10 business days or more to process and ship. 

  • Once your order has been assigned a shipping label most customers receive their order in 2-3 days.

  • All orders are shipped vis USPS Priority Mail when possible.

Lost & Stolen Packages.

  • Nelson Precision Manufacturing, LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders are insured up to $50.00 per the United States Postal Service.

  • It is the customers responsibility to make sure to provide Nelson Precision Manufacturing, LLC. with the proper mailing address.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

  • All Arizona customers will be charged the current tax rate.

RETURNS

Return policy

  • Nelson Precision will issue a return up to 30 days from original purchase date.

  • ALL parts must be in the original packaging and must be in the original, un-installed and un-used condition, as received from Nelson Precision MFG.

  • Complete Firearms: Nelson Precision will not accept returns on complete firearms.

 

Do you refund?

  • Nelson Precision MFG does our best to make sure our customers are satisfied. We do issue refunds at our discretion.

    • If Nelson Precision MFG has deemed any parts received to have been installed, used, damaged or modified in any way Nelson Precision MFG will not issue a refund.

  • Refunds may take up to 5 days to be issued.

  • All refunded/cancelled orders are subject to a 20% re stocking fee.

  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AND/OR REFUND ANY ORDER, FOR ANY REASON AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

  • Nelson Precision MFG accepts all major credit cards.

 

Warranty terms & conditions?

  • Nelson Precision MFG warranties all or our products to be free of manufacturing defects. 

  • Nelson Precision MFG will not warranty any products that have been modified in any way, shape or form from the original condition the part was received.

  • All of Nelson Precision MFG products are checked for defects prior to shipping any products.

44X SLIDE CARE & RECOMMENDED AMMO

Break in

  • All 44X slides must be broken in. Use a quality gun lube (we recommend Lucas Extreme Gun Lube) during and after breaking your slide in.

  • After break in, be sure to use a quality gun lube and lube all points of the slide shown in your Glock G44 owners manual.

​

Recommended Ammunition (we recommend using ball nose ammo)

  • CCI Mini Mag Hollow point & Round Nose

  • Winchester Super X High Velocity

  • Remington Golden Bullet Hight Velocity.

  • Winchester Thunderbolt
